FreightWatch International has launched a new offering, Consulting Services, in partnership with Clareo Inc., a consultancy specializing in supply-chain security. FreightWatch is a provider of security products for global logistics. According to the company, the new service provides a "one-stop shop" for securing the supply chain. It will provide guidance on how to protect supply chains, while identifying potential cost savings and dovetailing with FreightWatch's traditional logistics security offerings. Consulting Services includes government compliance consulting for initiatives such as C-TPAT, CCSP, CFAS, AEO and PIP. It will conduct vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps and waste throughout the chain, as well as physical security design for warehouses and manufacturing facilities, and guard contract consulting. Other services provided by FreightWatch include electronic freight security, round-the-clock monitoring, security escorts, cargo assessments and intelligence, and end-to-end logistics security.
