Users get one-click access to a dashboard view which highlights the history and tasks completed for each EDI transaction. Through the TrueCommerce Transaction Manager, they can monitor such activities as transaction acknowledgment, printing, sending or receipt. They get a view of the corresponding transactions that have been created, enabling the quick identity of all related transactions. Built-in reporting features allow users to generate a wide range of pre-built and custom reports, in their choice of graphical formats, directly from Transaction Manager. Detailed tabular and graphical reports can be created based on trading partner, document type or activity. Pre-configured or custom reports can be generated by transaction count or total amount per trading company, over a specific period of time. Reports can be printed, exported in PDF or Microsoft Excel formats, and e-mailed to recipients automatically through TrueCommerce Scheduler.
