In addition, TAKE has expanded its vendor-managed inventory (VMI) functionality. According to the company, users can better manage multiple external depots via graphical forecast time windows, which allow for the proactive resolution of potential shortages. In another company development, TAKE Solutions Ltd. has formed a life sciences business, to help customers respond to new demands of regulators and increase business performance. The unit brings together TAKE's Indian life sciences activities, its U.S. operations, and CRO Applied Clinical Intelligence and WCI Consulting. The team will have a presence in the U.S., Europe, U.K. and India.
