The tool features optimization algorithms and in-line analytics, to help customers respond to changing market conditions in real time. They can engage in scenario planning and what-if analyses, while drawing on cross-functional workflows that are configurable by role. The user interface features a consistent look and feel, reducing training time, JDA said. The company's portfolio of products is aimed at supply chain, retail merchandising, store operations and all-channel commerce activities.
