The company opened its first office there in 1994, and now supports more than 100 customers across retail, manufacturing, third-party logistics and wholesale distribution. JDA's presence in the Australia and New Zealand market includes an office in Melbourne. Within that region, the company said, consumers are rapidly embracing omnichannel operations and demanding a more personalized experience. In all, JDA claims a customer base of more than 4,000 manufacturing, third-party logistics, wholesale distribution and retail customers.
