The deal provides users of HighJump's warehouse-management system (WMS) with access to Mainstreet's distributed order-management application, known as BusinessFlow. The latter will draw on the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage Suite to provide a global, real-time view of inventory, order status and location. BusinessFlow manages the full lifecycle of orders across multiple sales channels, regardless of whether an order originates online, in-store, via a call center or from a catalog. Companies that can benefit from the combined offering include those in the retail, consumer goods and manufacturing industries, the partners said.
