It is available throughout the U.S., including Puerto Rico, and for outbound shipments to the European Union. Coverage includes damaged or delayed shipments, and the cost of expedited delivery response. UPS recently expanded its Proactive Response program into Europe; the company now maintains "control towers" both there and in Asia. The company also added next-flight-out services from UPS Express Critical, and expanded its dry-ice replenishment and refrigeration program to select destinations.
