The round-the-clock operation serves as a permanently staffed, single point of contact for customers requiring expert critical logistics assistance. The center handles some 21,000 of B&H's AOG shipments a year, with real-time global tracking provided through its OnTrack system. OnTrack works at the customer-order level, tracking AOGs by part number, serial number, aircraft tail number or "C-Check" event. B&H's global network includes offices in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Australasia.
