The site was designed to provide consolidated expertise and improved technology to CEVA's customers and their end consumers. CEVA's home-delivery offering offers specialized services to customers requiring delivery of heavy or bulky items to residences. Such items can include high-definition televisions, furniture, appliances and other heavy goods. CEVA provides a range of related services, including order management and "white-glove" setup and installation. In addition to establishing a dedicated phone line for CEVA's stations to call for immediate support or escalation, CEVA has created a dedicated home delivery Web portal. It serves as a one-stop interface for end consumers, and provides round-the-clock accessibility for such services as scheduling and delivery, order tracking, and frequently asked questions. In addition to its current services, the center will soon handle multimedia contacts such as e-mail, chat and social media, CEVA said.
