The tool provides users with "on-the-go" access to LifeTrack, DHL's proprietary online cold-chain management platform. Customers in the life sciences and healthcare industries get an overview of their shipments, alerts about any in-transit issues, and round-the-clock access to cold-chain experts. They receive access to such critical information as temperature, interventions and shipment resolutions. Current customers of DHL Thermonet and LifeConex services can access the app with the same credentials as those for the Web browser version. The LifeTrack mobile app is available for iOS and Android systems, and can be downloaded from the respective app stores.
