Pegasus TransTech has updated its document-management and imaging software for the transportation industry. The latest version, Transflo 2010, processes, stores and retrieves critical business documents, including proof of delivery, bills of lading, packing lists, receipts, employment applications, and accident reports. It integrates seamlessly with other software applications, including the Pegasus TransTech truck stop scanning tool known as Transflo Express. In Transflo 2010, the vendor has minimized the need for manual processing related to the flow of data and documents. The goal is to allow companies to manage exceptions in their transportation operations, saving on human resources and time. New tools provide additional management reports to enable intelligent business analysis for measuring and improving productivity, Pegasus TransTech said. Transflo 2010 is currently in a beta version and is set for general release in June.
