The technology includes a user interface that is consistent with Microsoft Office, with search and data-retrieval tools to improve user productivity. Users can customize their experience by configuring dashboards, menus, forms and reports. System-wide alerts and notifications enable management by exception. A modular design allows companies to implement only those components that are needed at the moment. Open automated program interface tools support rapid integration with third-party applications.
