RedPrairie Corp. said it will offer pre-integrated software modules for NetSuite Inc., a vendor of hosted business-management application suites. Integration components will be provided across several RedPrairie products, including its warehouse-management and supply chain-management tools. According to RedPrairie, the integration to NetSuite offers best-of-breed supply chain and store operations capabilities to mid-tier companies that cannot justify the cost through traditional deployment models. In addition, the companies said, the integration allows large manufacturers and retailers the opportunity to connect with their extended supply chain networks in a cost-effective manner. NetSuite's offerings include enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and electronic commerce.
