Hubspan, a vendor of hosted business-to-business integration technology, has created a Wholesale Distribution NetSuite application for NetSuite, Inc.'s SuiteCloud Computing Platform. The new product automates wholesale distribution processes via hosted, or cloud-based, integration. Built on the SuiteCloud development platform, it allows NetSuite customers to optimize their procurement and electronic commerce order-to-cash processes across the Hubspan B2B cloud to customers and partners. NetSuite's SuiteCloud is a collection of on-demand products, development tools and services, designed to help customers and commercial software developers take advantage of the benefits of cloud computing. The offering includes NetSuite's multi-tenant, always-on software-as-a-service (SaaS) infrastructure; the NetSuite Business Suite of applications for accounting and enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and electronic commerce, and development tools to create on-demand business applications on top of NetSuite. Hubspan allows members of an integration community to exchange critical messages on product availability, purchase orders, invoices and other information in real time. Companies can connect to the Hubspan cloud via a range of internet protocols or Web services.
