The new tool was built using the SuiteCloud Computing Platform of NetSuite. It provides transportation planning, execution, settlement, procurement, visibility and business intelligence, all through the cloud. SuiteCloud includes NetSuite's multi-tenant, software-as-a-service (SaaS) infrastructure and Business Suite applications covering accounting, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and electronic commerce. According to LeanLogistics, the On-Demand TMS SuiteApp provides NetSuite customers with access to real-time transportation data, along with the ability to scale use of the tool according to changing business needs. The SuiteCloud Developer Network is a developer program for independent software vendors that build apps for SuiteCloud.
