According to Qualcomm, incorporation of the Circle of Service Workflow app into the LoadMaster suite will help drivers and dispatchers to manage load assignments, automated event triggers and pre-filled work process forms. Circle of Service Workflow captures and delivers key information; its features include a list of scheduled stops and automated arrival and departure detection, complete with latitude and longitude. Just-in-time prompts and exception notifications help drivers to reduce their dependence on back-office staff for critical information. LoadMaster is a fully integrated system equipped with complete accounting software, designed specifically for the transportation business.
