The confidential, client-controlled process requires mutual authorization by two parties before rate collaboration can occur. Other improvements in CRN 4.0 include new networking functionality based on geographical parameters, expanded options for agent partners, and block features which allow users to manage and limit the contract and rate information that is available for viewing.
