Thresholds for each key metric can be customized, with alerts assigned to the appropriate subscriber. A Mobile Alerts app provides access to ProTrack's dynamic alerts and messaging from the iPhone. Managers can receive, review, acknowledge or escalate alerts. Enterprise Dashboards help users to manage operations with at-a-glance performance and analytical-reporting capability. Additional enhancements include an upgrade incentive engine to manage multiple plans and payout calculations, expanded time-clock functionality for companies not using a time and attendance system, and a new kiosk sign-in and sign-out feature to ease the daily punch-in process.
