The tool is a database of thousands of details across the company's global shipping, logistics and marine services network. Information can be searched by service, location or name of the individual GAC contact. Users can customize their settings, specify "favorites" for quick access, and even use the directory when working offline. The Mobile Directory App for iPhone was launched last October.
