In Hebron, Ky., the company is offering a center with more than 500,000 square feet, handling fulfillment, parcel delivery and returns. The Commerce, Calif., location covers approximately 128,000 square feet. The new Chicago operation is Newgistics' ninth SmartCenter parcel and returns facility. In another recent company announcement, Newgistics has launched its "end-to-end commerce" offering. Through new relationships with Hybris and Manhattan Associates, and with the acquisition of Tacit Knowledge, Newgistics is now providing an omni-channel commerce service which integrates each step in the order lifecycle, from customer acquisition through fulfillment, delivery and returns.
