The update includes the debut of XRS Trip Management, automated International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) filing and upgrades to FLX Forms editing. Trip Management consists of a set of capabilities for managing trip-based workflows and the reporting needs of fleets that run regular routes. It imports routes from third-party routing packages, creates routes from scratch and processes planned versus actual data as a route is completed. The mobile app provides insight into stops and activities, allowing managers to capture progress and delivery information as drivers progress through their day. The tool streamlines the IFTA fuel tax reporting process, providing a detailed data trail to ensure compliance and preparation in case of audit. The XRS app also allows drivers to capture signatures, pictures and delivery information using their smartphones, tablets or rugged handheld devices.
