It consolidates data from audit, operations management, merchandising and customer relationship management applications, then structures the information to support access and reporting in multiple forms. Mobile functionality gives field and office users access to real-time information, providing alerts, notifications and personalized dashboards. In the area of store-transfer analysis, Epicor Retail BI includes shipping and receiving specifics, reasons for transfers and sending and receiving locations. New mobile and visual functionality is available through the BI Information Center app, designed to run on the Apple iPad and iPhone, as well as all devices running Windows Phone 7, and is downloadable from the Windows Mobile Marketplace. Two new visibility modes enable users to control how much information they receive. Customizable dashboards and scorecards allow retailers to view metrics, identify trends and manage critical information from a centralized location.
