Flash Global, a provider of supply-chain services for critical parts and products, has teamed up with OnProcess Technology, an expert in reverse logistics for asset retrieval. The deal gives customers a closed-loop offering for forward and reverse logistics management, visibility and intelligence. Both vendors serve companies worldwide, with Flash placing an emphasis on emerging markets. OnProcess Technology's Asset Recovery service provides visibility to data, analytics and reporting for recovery and velocity rates, status code analysis, received and outstanding inventory, non-returnables and dollars outstanding. The technology is integrated with Flashtrac, Flash Global's real-time, Web-based order and inventory management system. Combined with service applications for global trade management, inventory and warehouse management, and critical delivery, the partnership provides "complete visibility to service logistics operations," the companies said.
