The tool is part of GE's Mobile Resource Intelligence program, a suite of telematics-based business intelligence services. With the click of a mouse, operations and sales staffers can access mobile resource performance rankings by division, customer cost analyses and exception-based alerts for driver best practices and coaching opportunities. "Heat maps" show market coverage, activity and sales opportunities at a glance.
