The update includes integrated returns for Magento digital commerce sites, enabling retailers to deliver a more seamless returns process to customers. New functionality allows for order returns from Magento online storefronts, and includes a Magento plug-in to manage customer account information. During the returns process, Enspire Commerce’s OMS creates the return merchandise authorization and sends an e-mail to the consumer with both the carrier label and return label, to expedite the returns process. Once the return has transpired, the OMS updates the customer’s account and issues a credit. The platform offers access to multiple applications from Enspire, including customer engagement and point of sale, trading partner management, order management, product information management, vendor drop-ship services and Magento services and support.
