ParcelPort has warehouses in North Haven, Conn.; Easton, Pa.; Atlanta, Ga.; and Phoenix, Ariz. In 2011, it expanded from two to four facilities. Customers in the electronic commerce and direct-marketing segments include companies in the pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, fashion accessory and "green" home-delivery industries. ParcelPort provides order-fulfillment services, front-end e-commerce gateways, order entry and management applications, and transportation services. Current ParcelPort chief executive officer Vincent Gulisano will join Amware as its president. Amware is a third-party logistics provider focused on value-added contract, shared and dedicated warehousing and fulfillment. It operates 25 facilities in the U.S. and one in Canada, with more than 2 million square feet of space overall. Amware also offers a pallet-services business.
