According to Descartes, Route Planner supports same- and next-day delivery, tight delivery time windows and "white-glove" services planning for consumers, while offering retailers a number of home-delivery options. The application is available in multiple languages, including French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin Chinese. It supports map technology such as Here, Google, Yahoo and Baidu, as well as a variety of mobile device-operating systems.
