Airclic, a vendor of software supporting the mobile supply chain and logistics operations, has issued a new release of Transport Perform, its cloud-based mobile supply-chain software for third-party logistics providers. Version 11.5 supports European and Asian languages. It offers enhanced support for reverse logistics, so that dockworkers can accurately record the progress of returned items, and also provides a set of reports and returns data which boosts supplier visibility into the returns process. Crossdock "receive-versus-delivered" reporting summarizes all items received at the dock against those that were delivered. Damages-processing capability gives dockworkers and drivers the ability to more efficiently record damages, when can then be viewed in comprehensive item-level reports, suitable for transmission to customers. Enhanced proof-of-service reports provide Web users with comprehensive electronic service receipts that can also be transmitted to customers. Enhanced handheld workflow provides a means of reviewing all transactions, and reverting any or all transactions during a driver's stop or a dockworker's session.
